Orders may be placed via PayPal or you may contact us directly, either through E-Mail, Mailing address, or by Phone (Eastern Standard Time). We always welcome any questions or comments about our products, artwork and special orders. We accept Visa, MasterCard or American Express. Money Orders & personal checks are also welcome, and orders will be immeditately sent when checks clear.

Secondary Market titles

Please call or e-mail for availability, descriptions and prices, as these can vary on an ongoing basis. Because of this, PayPal service is not available on these titles.

We offer Free Shipping to direct customers throughout the 50 States, and discounted rates to orders outside the US (Please e-mail for quote on international orders).
Free Domestic Shipping orders are sent insured, either via USPS Priority or UPS Ground.

Ordering Remarques

Remarques may be requested on any new print order, or arrangements can be made to have one done on a previously-purchased print. Prices are based on standard (artist discretion) or custom (special personal customer instruction) remarques. The size & shape of remarques vary, but most are approx.
1 ¾ ”x 6” or equivalent, depending on its placement among multiple signatures. Please review the following info carefully, and please feel free to contact us if you have additional questions.

TURN-AROUND TIME
We try to offer the most efficient turnaround time possible, but please keep in mind that, because these are original illustrations, timing may vary. Generally we do our best to complete remarque orders within 2 weeks of receiving them, but depending on John’s painting schedule or other factors, this can sometimes take longer. Whenever a new print order with a standard remarque is placed, we will acknowledge with an approximate completion time.

PRICING & DESCRIPTIONS:

STANDARD REMARQUE: $300 ea
A standard remarque is done at the artist’s discretion & design. If you have a general preference (such as an aircraft in flight or on the ground), please indicate this, or if there’s one in the gallery section you’d like one similar to, let us know.

CUSTOM REMARQUE: $350 ea (minimum)
If you have a very specific idea in mind (scene, unique aircraft or other concept)- some have requested a relative’s aircraft, military decoration illustration, etc.- then perhaps a custom remarque is for you! In most cases, it’s helpful if you provide specific reference photos or info. Most of the time we will keep the custom price listed above, but it can increase slightly, depending on any possible additional research time required. Please contact us with your wishes, and we’ll be glad to discuss.

DOUBLE REMARQUE:  $575 pair
A double Remarque is simply TWO completely separate standard remarques rendered on ONE print. Usually done on the lower left and lower right sides of the border, the same ideas apply as listed above. In the case of a double custom remarque, please call to discuss.

REMARQUES ON PREVIOUSLY-PURCHASED PRINTS
We have many customers who send us prints to be remarqued, which they purchased at some time in the past. We welcome this, although there are a few things to keep in mind before sending. These are often valuable older titles, and it is the sender’s responsibility to properly package and insure when sending to us. For these orders, appropriate charges for insured return shipping will also apply. For any of these orders, please contact us and let us confirm the specifics in advance.
